Achievements
CMS Group’s 2,115 hectares land bank in Kuching is being developed into a riverine township by Projek Bandar Samariang. The development began in 1999 and would spread out in phases over 20 years to create a vibrant and well-planned township of residential and commercial units, schools, parks and other amenities. Current developments at Bandar Baru Samariang are part of Phase 1.
A 50m wide main road access into the heart of Bandar Samariang was opened in September 2005.
