CMS Property Treats Home Buyers to “Ang Pow”
9 February 2009, Kuching – CMS Property Development celebrates this Chinese New Year with its “Prosperity Promotion” featuring ‘ang pow’ giveaways of RM3,888 and RM1,000 for purchases made in February of selected houses at Bandar Baru Samariang.
Buyers of Taman Indah’s double storey terrace (DST) and single storey semi detached (SSSD) units in Phase 4 will receive RM3,888 worth of ‘ang pow’.
CMS Property will also give away RM1,000 “ang pow” to home-buyers of Taman Indah Phase 5 single storey terrace (SST) units during this limited period.

House designs with 3 or 3+1 bedrooms are available for selection. All homes come with 2 parking bays.
The DST homes (20’x43’) and SSSD units (25’x40’) are priced at RM209,888 and RM228,888 respectively. The 20’x43’ SST is priced at RM168,888.
Located within the fast-growing riverine township of Bandar Baru Samariang in Petra Jaya, Taman Indah is a 5-minute-walk to Government schools SK Rendah and SK Menengah Bandar Samariang as well as to host of community shops.
Further entrants to the township include a community clinic with haemodialysis centre, a police station, and proposed Chinese primary school to be located near the existing government schools.
