Since its inception in 1994, CMS Property Development Sdn Bhd (formerly known as CMS Properties Sdn Bhd) has grown to become a competitive property developer in Malaysia. It was formed with the intention to develop and manage the vast landbank owned by Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd (CMSB) group of companies. For the past 12 years, CMS has successfully carved its reputation and created its own niche as a dedicated and an innovative developer especially in the state of Sarawak, where it was originated.
