GENERAL MANAGER


Responsibilities:
• To report to the Group Managing Director on the Division’s
..overall operations
• To drive the property businesses of the Group to achieve growth &
..sustainability through innovative & creative products & services
• To provide strong leadership, direction & motivation to team members
• Day-to-day management of operations within the Division
• To promote synergy with other operating arms of the Group
• To establish & maintain excellent rapport with government agencies,
..property agents, contractors & consultants development
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building or Architecture,
..preferably with an appropriate professional qualification
• Min.10 years experience in property-related sectors
• Results-driven
• Posses excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
• Possess good entrepreneurial business acumen & judgement
• High integrity

 
PROJECT ENGINEER


Responsibilities:
  • To plan, monitor & control daily activities at project sites
• To liaise with consultants, subcontractors, relevant authorities
• To coordinate procurement of construction materials, plant,
..machinery, etc.
• To handle tender/contracts reviews, draft agreements, negotiations with
..sub-contractors & contracts administration
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Building Engineering
• Min. 3 – 5 years relevant work experience in property/construction
..development sectors
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight project deadlines
• Self motivated & willing to learn

 
PROJECT ARCHITECT

Responsibilities:
....• To plan, coordinate & administer all phases of project development
......from feasibility to contract administration, client contact & monitor of
......project activities
....• To prepare working drawings & models
....• To coordinate construction and implementation of design solutions; ......assist with managing or administering construction contracts


Requirements:
....• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
....• Min. 5 years experience in architectural practice
....• Knowledge in AutoCAD - an added advantage
....• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight project deadlines
....• Good communication & interpersonal skills
